Order Processing
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

International Shipping
HENRYVI ships to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

HENRYVI is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
HENRYVI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HENRYVI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@henryandvictoriadoss.com and we will attempt to correct it before the order is processed.
